Руководитель направления управления знаниями Кудрявцев Дмитрий выступил с докладом «Systemic approach towards enterprise functional decomposition» на семинаре «Convergence
of Business Architecture, Business Process Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture» в рамках 13-й IEEE Conference on Commerce and Enterprise Computing в Люксембурге.
В докладе был предложен метод декомпозиции деятельности предприятия. Данный метод позволяет определить состав и структуру деятельности компании, бизнес-единицы или отдельной функциональной системы (производство, снабжение, сбыт...). В зарубежной литературе термин «функциональная декомпозиция» частично
пересекается с такими словами как «архитектура бизнес-процессов» (business process architecture) в области управления бизнес-процессами и «декомпозция работ» (work breakdown structure) в управлении проектами. Функциональная декомпозиция деятельности позволяет перейти к моделированию и оптимизации процессов
(давая их перечень, приоритеты, границы), проектированию организационной структуры и ИТ-архитектуры, а также помогает развертывать систему целей и показателей в компании (цели и показатели в первую вначале связывают с деятельностью, а потом закрепляют за ответственными за деятельность сотрудниками).
Abstract — Functional decomposition is the primary component of enterprise activities description and is often associated with business process architecture. It guides any business improvement initiative, enables to design the enterprise construction – organizational structure, IT- and
HR-architectures, etc, as well as to deploy goals and strategies. The paper suggests the framework for enterprise functional decomposition, which includes the ontology for enterprise activities description, foundations and the process of functional decomposition. The suggested framework integrates the
following features: alignment with goals decomposition; support for reference models and other reusable activities descriptions; recursive decomposition using a single activities pattern; value-based management and ISO 9004:2009 harmonization. The paper also describes framework implementation at Russian
enterprises and IT tool to support the approach.
